REGIVA META is a daily fibre-focused formulation combining Psyllium Husk 85%, Fenugreek Seed Extract 20% and Inulin from Chicory Root.   • Fenugreek Seed Extract 20% — 300 mg
  • Inulin from Chicory Root — 200 mg. Capsule shell: HPMC.

Used it for 2 months, now its sold out. WAITING to buy again.

I wanted to give 4.5 star but could not select it. I deducted 0.5 for delivery, which took 4 days. My doctor suggested to take Fenugreek, i started it but it gave me bloating. But Regiva combined it with Isabgol, which is a perfect combo for me. After taking for 1.5 month, i feel light and more energetic. Will buy again for sure.
