These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the REGIVA website and your purchase of REGIVA products through the website. The website and REGIVA brand are operated by Wayudhan Commerce Private Limited (“REGIVA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using the REGIVA website, or by placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order through the website.
REGIVA products are intended for adults aged 18 years and above. The products are not intended for children.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, images, specifications, pricing and other information displayed on the website are accurate and current.
However, packaging, appearance, colours, images or other non-material details may vary from time to time. The product label supplied with the product should be treated as the primary source for product-specific directions, ingredients, warnings, storage conditions and other mandatory information.

4. Nature of REGIVA Products
REGIVA LUME and META are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
REGIVA products are intended to complement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medicines, consult your healthcare professional before using REGIVA products.
5. Orders
When you place an order through the REGIVA website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products at the displayed price and on these terms.
An order is subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact you to verify order details or, where necessary, cancel an order if there is an issue with availability, pricing, payment, address information, suspected fraud or another legitimate operational reason.
Once an order is accepted and dispatched, you will receive the applicable order or shipment confirmation.
6. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
REGIVA reserves the right to change product prices, offers and promotions at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction of an obvious pricing or technical error is required.
7. Payments
Payments may be made using the payment methods made available at checkout, including applicable online payment options and Cash on Delivery where available.
Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their terms and policies may also apply to the payment transaction.
An order may be placed on hold or cancelled if payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or otherwise not confirmed.
8. Cash on Delivery
COD availability depends on the delivery PIN code, order value and courier serviceability. COD may not be available for every order or location.
Any applicable COD conditions or charges will be displayed at checkout.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by the REGIVA Shipping Policy.
Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–7 business days from dispatch, subject to destination, courier serviceability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
10. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by the REGIVA Refund & Return Policy.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or partially used supplement products are generally not eligible for return except where the applicable policy permits a return because of a verified defect, damage or incorrect fulfilment.
11. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
You are also responsible for storing and using REGIVA products according to the instructions and storage conditions provided on the product label.
You must not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
